As a caregiver support worker by profession, my concern for our wellbeing comes naturally. Over the past twenty years, I have committed myself to discovering effective solutions.
It has come to this: we must rebuild in a more sustainable way. However, this can be intimidating for some, as it may disrupt the comforts they have grown used to.
We really put our heads together and thought about the fabulous and convenient lifestyle we've been lucky enough to enjoy.
